The prime raw materials used are Sponge Iron, Pig Iron and MS scrap, out of which majority is the Sponge Iron being sourced from the Sponge Iron Kilns of the company. This not only ensures availability of quality sponge iron for the steel operations but also results in cost effective operations.
Sponge iron is an intermediate iron product used as substitute for steel scrap while producing steel through the electric induction furnace route, which was set up pursuant to an agreement with a German manufacturer.
Billet is a semi-finished product which is used for feedstock to rolling mills for production of long products like wire rods, bars, rods and structural products.
Ferro alloy are various alloys of iron with a high proportion of one or more other elements such as manganese, aluminium, or silicon. Ferro alloys are used as catalyst for removal of impurities.
We manufacture wire rod and HB Wires at our manufacturing unit located at Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Wire rod is a rolled alloy or non-alloy steel product, produced from steel billets, having a round, rectangular or other cross-section.
TMT bars are high strength reinforcement bars comprising a hard external core and a softer inner core. We manufacture TMT bar of sizes 8 mm to 36 mm at our manufacturing unit located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
